Mark H. Allison, a member of the firm, practices in the area of litigation and environmental law. Mr. Allison is admitted to practice before the Arkansas Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Allison’s peers have recognized him with an AV-Distinguished rating by Martindale-Hubbell for ethical standards and legal ability.  

Mr. Allison was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1985 after graduating from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law. Over the years Mr. Allison has made several presentations on environmental and legal ethics topics.

Mr. Allison is currently a board member on the Arkansas Bar Foundation as well as the Centers for Youth and Families. He is a member of the Arkansas Environmental Federation. He also has served as Special Associate Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court.

He also is a member of the American Bar Association including the Section on Natural Resources, Environmental and Energy Law; the Section on Science and Technology Law; and the Section on Law Firm Management. Mr. Allison is a past chair of the Arkansas Bar Association Environmental Law Section and the Agricultural Law Section. He is a tenured member of the Arkansas Bar Association House of Delegates.

Mr. Allison and his wife, Becky, have been married 34 years and have two boys, Jeff and Chris. Mr. Allison grew up in East Africa and graduated from the Rift Valley Academy in Kijabe, Kenya.
