Arkansas STEPS Network welcomes DDH attorney William Bird for employment law presentation

William Bird delivered a presentation at the monthly meeting of the Arkansas STEPS Network entitled, “Navigating the Regulatory Square.” The presentation provided guidance to environmental and safety managers and other professionals on handling work-related injuries in the context of ensuring compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Arkansas Workers’ Compensation statutes, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. The mission of Arkansas STEPS is to promote safety, health and environmental improvement in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas in Arkansas operations.
